Official entry to the 2019 48-Hour Film Project (New Orleans), sponsored by Rivertown Theatres for the Performing Arts. In the 48 Hour Film Project, each team has 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and fully produce a short film. Each team draws what genre their film is and all films must include a required character, item, and line of dialog.

During the 2020 pandemic, Detty Studios partnered with Beyond Limitations Video Productions to make the sci-fi pilot, “Space Heroes,” starring Robert Picardo (Star Trek: Voyager), John Detty, Eden Beck, Chris Dotson, and William Dunz.

During the 2020 pandemic, “Sonnets for Sanity” was a twice-weekly webseries produced by Break the Chain Theatre Co. and Detty Studios. Each episode featured a different actor performing one of Shakespeare’s sonnets and was a fundraiser for a different theatre company, including the Michigan Shakespeare Festival, Open Book Theatre, Sweet Tea Shakespeare, and more.
